  • It can be used on its own, not as an interlining so it's ideal for reducing cost, increasing product performance and supporting the environment

  • Antimicrobial Silver eliminates odor, protects the fabric’s freshness, and suppresses the growth of bacteria, fungi, or algae on fabrics.

  • Antimicrobial Silver is safe for the skin. It showed no allergy or sensitivity in test runs on bamboo, cotton, and polyester, using 10 times the recommended amount, even after multiple exposures.

  • Durable & reversible, it contains thirsty Zorb® 3D fibers between a face and back of super wicking polyester Stay Dry layers

  • Our unique dimple pattern is engineered to retain, hold, quickly distribute, and prevent leaking under compression.

  • 2 layers will replace 8 layers of flannel, 6 of french terry and 5 of fleece.

  • CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.

  • All Zorb fabrics are designed with the ability to exponentially increase their absorbency; use multiple layers of Zorb to supercharge your products' absorbency.

Ready-AbZORB Technology vs. Super Absorbent Polymers

Our products don’t contain super absorbent polymers (SAP), which make most fabrics absorbent. Instead of using SAPs, we pioneered our own technology – Ready-AbZORB – to create super absorbency at a whole new level.

Our fabric takes less than two seconds to absorb 10 times its weight. It soaks up 20 times faster than other materials, such as bamboo, cotton, or hemp knits. Our Ready-AbZORB technology doesn’t require a prewash or dry cycle to activate the super absorbency, so you can start on your project as soon as you get your fabric.

One Layer of Fabric

While you can use our Stay Dry Dimple Silver Fabric as an interlining layer, you don’t need to. Our fabric is durable and reversible so that you can create a versatile product. And with endless color options, you’re sure to find something you love. You’ll save time and money creating your product. It’s a win-win.

Endless Uses

Zorb fabrics aren’t limited to a few uses. Instead, we’ve created our materials for many products. Plus, you can use as many Zorb layers as you’d like to increase your product’s absorbency.

Use our Stay Dry Dimple Silver Fabric for activewear, bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, cloth diapers, diaper inserts, dish mats, dog diapers, face masks, fitness wear, menstrual pads, mop pads, nursing pads, panty liners, period panties, pet beds, pet potty pads, and washcloths.

Using high-quality fabric like our Stay Dry Dimple Silver Fabric guarantees a high-quality product that lasts for a lifetime.

Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.

UPF 10 to 30 = Fair Protection
UPF 30 to 50 = Good Protection
UPS 50+ = Excellent Protection

Important Note about Absorbency in 3D & 4D Zorb fabrics:
These fabrics are designed to be absorbent and made without the use of any chemicals during manufacturing. Our Ready-AbZorb process helps eliminate the need for pre-washing for absorption and also reduces the shrinkage. However the fabrics are made in large batch sizes on industrial machines and sometimes the fabric may not absorb as desired from when you receive it, or sometimes after cutting and sewing. In such cases, we recommend running the fabric through a hot wash and medium dry cycle; this will help remove any handling residues and activate the super absorbent fibers that might have been affected by handling.
