  • It can be used on its own, not as an interlining so it's ideal for reducing cost, increasing product performance and supporting the environment

  • Features SILVADUR™ Antimicrobial to inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi and algae on the fabric, control bad odors and provide intelligent freshness protection

  • CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.

  • All Zorb fabrics are super absorbent by virtue of their knitting construction; they are not made with SAP (super absorbent polymers), so their super absorbency lasts for the lifetime of the fabric.

  • All Zorb fabrics are designed with the ability to exponentially increase their absorbency; use multiple layers of Zorb to supercharge your products' absorbency.

No Pre-Washing or Drying

Unlike other fabrics, you don’t need to wash and dry our fabric to activate the absorbency before using it to make your product. Our Ready-AbZORB technology allows you to immediately use the material for whatever you need. This eliminates the time and cost involved in manufacturing your product.

Supercharged Super Absorbency

Our Stay Dry Dimple Silver Print Fabric is super absorbent. It takes less than two seconds to absorb ten times its weight. It can also soak up moisture 20 times faster than bamboo, cotton, and hemp knits.

Our dimple pattern is engineered for a better hold, faster distribution of moisture, and minimal leaking under compression. Our durable and reversible fabric also contains thirsty Zorb 3D fibers that live between two layers of super-wicking polyester.

Two layers of this fabric will replace eight flannel, six french terry, and five fleece layers of fabric. Less is more!

SILVADUR Antimicrobial

Are you planning to use our fabric for athletic wear or diapers? Our SILVADUR Antimicrobial prevents bacteria, fungi, or algae from growing on our fabrics. It also eliminates odor and deodorizes the fabric for a fresh smell.

Are you worried about sensitive skin? We’ve tested SILVADUR multiple times on multiple fabrics with ten times the recommended dose. No sensitivity or allergy was shown.

Ideal Uses

This fabric is ideal for eliminating odor and keeping your fabric fresh.

Use it for bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, cloth diapers, diaper inserts, dish mats, dop diapers, face masks, fitness wear, menstrual pads, mop pads, nursing pads, period panties, pet beds, pet potty pads, and washcloths.

You can rest easy knowing your fabric will stay fresh and absorb all the moisture that comes its way!

Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.

UPF 10 to 30 = Fair Protection
UPF 30 to 50 = Good Protection
UPS 50+ = Excellent Protection

Important Note about Absorbency in 3D & 4D Zorb fabrics:
These fabrics are designed to be absorbent and made without the use of any chemicals during manufacturing. Our Ready-AbZorb process helps eliminate the need for pre-washing for absorption and also reduces the shrinkage. However the fabrics are made in large batch sizes on industrial machines and sometimes the fabric may not absorb as desired from when you receive it, or sometimes after cutting and sewing. In such cases, we recommend running the fabric through a hot wash and medium dry cycle; this will help remove any handling residues and activate the super absorbent fibers that might have been affected by handling.
