No, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products

1 to 3 days. We're open Monday thru Friday 10am to 5pm, Eastern Time Zone. Every order we receive is custom picked, cut and packed neatly especially for you. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to unforeseen inventory shortages or other factors out of our control.

In rare cases, additional shipping may be required for full size rolls or international shipments due to the bulky nature of our fabrics. We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply prior to completing your order. If you decide to cancel your order due to the extra shipping cost, there will be no restocking fees and you will get a full refund for the order.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

If you’re ordering from Canada: We handle ALL taxes, import duties, customs & brokerage fees for you. This means you will never get a surprise bill in the mail. There is a flat brokerage fees plus any HST or GST, depending on the final destination

The MOQ for wholesale orders is 1 roll. Roll size varies and could be anywhere between 25 & 125 yards depending on the fabric.

Simply go to the product pages of fabrics you would like to purchase and select the roll length to get the wholesale discount.
