Combining super absorbency, waterproofing and leak-protection into one.
100% eco-friendly, manufactured with no harmful chemicals or finishes in controlled conditions in American textile mills.
CORE PUL's contains a hidden waterproof layer, sandwiched between two outer fabrics; which provides additional protection for the waterproof film and increases the life of your product.
Our Zorb three-dimensional engineered dimple pattern has great retention, superior hold, fast distribution of moisture and less leaking under compression. It absorbs 10 times its weight in under 2 seconds and soaks up 20 times faster than other materials (bamboo, cotton, hemp knits).
CPSIA certified, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
All Zorb fabrics are super absorbent by virtue of their knitting construction; they are not made with SAP (super absorbent polymers), so their super absorbency lasts for the lifetime of the fabric.
Super Absorbent Superpowers
This is made of three layers of fabric: our Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE 3-layer fabric, our hidden waterproof PUL layer, and our ProCool Performance Interlock fabric. Super-wicking ProCool interlock polyester fabric is uniquely engineered from premium hydrophobic fibers for extra protection from leakage.
Our fabric is so absorbent that it can absorb 10 times its weight in less than 2 seconds and soak up 20 times faster than bamboo, cotton, or hemp knits. These layers are also waterproof and protect against leaks.
Not only that, but you can double or triple your Zorb layers for even more absorbency. Add in a layer of the Zorb 3D fabric to your Zorb 4D dimple side to increase absorbency exponentially.
We’re proud to be 100% eco-friendly. We don’t use harmful chemicals or finishes, and we produce our fabrics in controlled conditions in American textile mills.
Our manufacturing processes don’t emit toxic waste or VOCs that hurt our planet. Our specially-treated TPU film isn’t treated with toxic solvents so that no chemicals will get into your skin.
You can use Zorb 4D products for female hygiene, pet care, and even bibs. Our fabric is versatile and absorbent for whatever you could need.
Use this fabric for activewear, bed liners, bibs, burp cloths, cage liners, changing pads, cloth diapers, dish mats, dog diapers, gardening shoe covers, handkerchiefs, mattress pads, menstrual pads, nursing pads, period panties, pet beds, and pet potty pads.
No matter how you use our fabric, it will benefit you with its super absorbency, waterproof, and leak-proof properties. Get started with a swatch today!
V1 vs V2
The difference between the V1 & V2 versions is the fabric combination used to create the Zorb 4D Stay Dry Dimple CORE PUL fabric.
The V1 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE for fast absorption & stay dry feel, and a polyester backing with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection.
The V2 Zorb 4D fabric is made with the Zorb 3D Stay Dry Dimple LITE for fast absorption & stay dry feel, and a lighter weight polyester backing along with a hidden waterproof layer for leakproof protection. We process the V2 fabric through an additional compression round to make the fabric slimmer.

☀️ Read about UV Protection in Fabrics - Your Total UPF Rating Guide
Important Note about UPF Ratings:
Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) indicates how much UV radiation (both UVB and UVA) a fabric allows to reach your skin. For example, a UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 % of the sun’s rays and allows 2% (1/50th) to penetrate, thus reducing your exposure risk significantly. A UPF 30 fabric blocks 97% of UV rays and allows roughly 3% of UV transmission. UPF 15 indicates that the fabric blocks roughly 93% of UV rays and allows about 7% of available UV radiation to pass through.
UPF 10 to 30 = Fair Protection
UPF 30 to 50 = Good Protection
UPS 50+ = Excellent Protection

Important Note about Absorbency in 3D & 4D Zorb fabrics:
These fabrics are designed to be absorbent and made without the use of any chemicals during manufacturing. Our Ready-AbZorb process helps eliminate the need for pre-washing for absorption and also reduces the shrinkage. However the fabrics are made in large batch sizes on industrial machines and sometimes the fabric may not absorb as desired from when you receive it, or sometimes after cutting and sewing. In such cases, we recommend running the fabric through a hot wash and medium dry cycle; this will help remove any handling residues and activate the super absorbent fibers that might have been affected by handling.
